Tuna and Vegetable Salad

2 cans of Tuna El Mexicano

½ cup of Mayonaise El Mexicano

1 can of Mixed Vegetables El Mexicano

½ cup Tomate, finely chopped

¼ cup Onion, finely chopped

1 Avocado cut into slices

2 Jalapeño Chiles El Mexicano, finely chopped

Tostadas El Mexicano or Crackers Saladitas El Mexicano

Salsa Picante El  Mexicano (Hot Sauce), to taste


To Prepare:

Drain the tuna and put it in a medium size mixing bowl. Heat the vegetables as directed on the can, and drain and let cool. Add the tomato, onion, jalapeño and vegetables to the bowl of tuna and mix, combining the ingredients. Add the mayonaise and mix. Garnish with the avocado slices.
