Ensalada de Nopalitos

Ingredients:

6 El Mexicano tender cactus strips
½ El Mexicano Queso Fresco Casero (12 oz)
2 serrano chiles, diced
¼ onion finely diced
3 cilantro sprigs, chopped
½ tablespoon El Mexicano ground oregano
5 tablespoons of vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
El Mexicano salt
El Mexicano pepper

To Prepare:

 

Drain cactus and rinse well with cold water. Add vinegar, oil, cilantro, oregano, onion, chiles and season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and sprinkle with crumbled cheese.
