Cotija

Cotija is a semi-hard aged cheese with a strong salty flavor made with natural ingredients like part skimmed grade A milk and sea salt. Can be grated, crumbled or sliced. Pan fries beautifully to a golden crisp.

Great as a topping for corn on the cob, guacamole, beans, tostadas, sopes, tacos, or mixed into your salad dressing or soup. Known as the “Parmesan of Mexico.”
