Vegetarian Mexican Molletes
4 Bolillo rolls, sliced in ½ lengthwise
20oz (1 can) El Mexicano® Refried Beans
12oz El Mexicano® Oaxaca, Menonita or Monterey Cheese, shredded
8oz El Mexicano® Crema Mexicana o Crema Oaxaqueña
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Place sliced rolls flat-side up on baking sheet. Spread refried beans evenly on the flat sides. Top with your choice of El Mexicano® melting cheese to cover.
3. Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted, bubbly and starting to brown.
4. Serve warm with a side of fresh El Mexicano® Crema Mexicana o Oaxaqueña and enjoy!
