Yogurt Chia Pudding
(Prep: 5 minutes / Serves: 1)
1 7oz bottle Saborico® Drinkable Yogurt, strawberry or flavor of choice
3-4 tbsps Chia seeds
Fresh mint, banana, berries, pomegranate seeds or fruit of your choice.
1. In a glass jar or sealed tight container, add all the ingredients and stir well.
2. Allow the pudding to sit for at least 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator, enjoy!
Chefs Tip: There is no need for added sweeteners to the pudding since the yogurt has a nice smooth sweetness to it already.
