Strawberry Yogurt Chia Pudding

Rise and Shine!

Spring is in full effect and I am loving this weather, aren’t you?! For days like these that you want something fresh, light, quick and easy I recommend this delicious Strawberry Yogurt Chia Pudding. It is so delicious and nutritious čśë full of fiber, vitamins and minerals as well as a great source of protein. Makes for a┬ácomplete breakfast when you are on the go and don’t have enough time to spare. If you do have some time to spare in the mornings you can enjoy it with the family topped with some fresh fruit. If you are always on the go go go, like most of us, then that’s when these mason jars come in handy since you can take them with you and just spoon out the deliciousness while driving or at work/school.

The only thing you have to remember to do if you want to make this pudding for breakfast is to prepare the pudding the night before. Here are the simple steps:

In a jar, add the following ingredients and allow it to sit overnight in the refrigerator:

1 7oz Strawberry Yogurt bottle Saborico®

3 tbsps Chia seeds

Fresh berries or fruit of your choice

There is no need for added sweeteners ┬áto the pudding since the yogurt has a nice smooth sweetness and strawberry flavor to it already čÖé

The chia seeds will soak up the liquid and make a nice thick consistency. Make sure to stir the seeds so they don’t clump up.

PS: You can add some extra yogurt in the morning if it is too thick or if you just feel like adding some more on top and enjoy like a parfait with some fresh berries čśë The chia┬ápudding will have a nice thick creamy texture already from being in the refrigerator overnight.

Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do

Have a wonderful day!
